NAIROBI, Kenya, Dec 14- Police are pursuing a gang that raided billionaire Manu Chandaria home in Muthaiga estate on Monday morning, in a rare incident.

The 1am incident lasted for several hours before police were alerted.

According to sources, all the thugs managed to escape through the expansive Karura forest.
Police found three security guards manning the compound tied up with ropes while an Administration Police officer had been disarmed.
“They stole his G3 rifle but it was later recovered,” Nairobi County Commander Rashid Yakub told Shahidi News.
According to sources, the thugs managed to steal Sh600,000.
All the security guards are in police custody for questioning.
