KISII, Kenya, Jun 30- Five members of a family have been arrested in Kisii, for allegedly killing their father.
They include the widow, his three sons and a daughter in law.
Detectives said the incident happened on June 5.
The deceased, John Moturi died after he was rushed to the Kisii Teaching and Referral Hospital.
His throat had been slit according to medics and a police report seen by Shahidi News.
Kisii county police Commander Francis Kooli said they will be held for five days to allow detectives conclude their investigations.
A court in Kisii granted detectives more time to detain the suspects.
It is the deceased’s daughter who found her father dead on the fateful day.
