NAIROBI,Kenya, Dec, 22 – Tony Wangila and Wilfred Omari can now breathe a sigh of relief after they struck an out of court settlement after they were accused of attempting to dupe a university student of his laptop.
The two are said to have posed as potential buyers online expressing their intention to purchase a laptop from the victim.

Stephen Nyongesa, the victim is said to have posted the laptop on a digital platform saying that it was for sale.
