The second accused, Opeyemi, is meanwhile said to have shouted to the comppaintants’s wife, “tell that white man to stop reporting us to security,”

MCWaters was not at his house at the time but his wife, Angela Nakiru, was who later informed her husband who in turn notified the apartment’s security guard of the incident further telling them to address the noise complaint from the accused’s house.

The accused live in the same apartment block as the complainant.
