KISII, Kenya, Jan 13- Two police officers have been arrested, over the death of a 45-year-old man while in custody.
The deceased, identified by authorities as Francis Mainyura died while in custody, at Motonto police post in Kisii County.
The incident happened in 2015.
The officers were arrested after Chief Magistrate Court in Kisii established that they have a case to answer, following a public inquest.
