MACHAKOS,Kenya, Jan, 29 –  Wiper Party leader Kalonzo Musyoka was in Machakos county to solidify his support base ahead of the August,9,2022 polls.

Musyoka who was accompanied by Wiper elected leaders alongside NARC-Kenya Party Leader Martha Karua,KANU’s Gedion Moi and ODM presidential hopeful Jimmy Wanigi said that the One Kenya Alliance (OKA) albeit deflated following the recent departure of ANC’s Musalia Mudavadi and FORD-Kenya’s Moses Wetangula will front a presidential candidate during this year’s election.

“OKA will be on the ballot,”

The Wiper leader pointed an accusing finger to his recent friends turn foes saying that their clarion call to always tell the truth is based on a lie.

“They are telling us do not lie, Kenya kwanza, but in reality they are lying…when they win, Kenya will be finished. The corrupt are known,” said Musyoka.

He said that OKA will seek partnerships with various like minded political parties including NARC-Kenya, Meru Governor Kiraitu Murungi’s Devolution Empowerment Party (DEP) as well as the Democratic Party which recently gave the nod to National Assembly Speaker Justin Muturi to vie for the presidency.

“we will have a coalition for sure…but first we must take a stance. They are bragging in horses and chariots but we will trust in the name of the lord…thats why I have said buffalo soldier has arrived” he said.

As part of his manifesto Kalonzo said that under his government he will guarantee a free secondary programme for all learners easing the burden on parents.

He also said that he will seek to spur development that will see Machakos become the latest city after Nakuru.

“Here in Konza city Korean University will establish a technical institute ..the equivalent of MIT…which brought US economy to where it is today…We will have out MIT here in Kenya,”

Kalonzo who is also on a charm offensive is seeking to solidify his support base largely in Eastern region as well as parts of Northern and Coastal Kenya.
