KIAMBU, Kenya, Jun, 20 – Detectives from the Directorate of Criminal Investigations (DCI) are probing an incident where four mutilated bodies were found dumped at Kijabe forest within Lari, Kiambu county.
According to preliminary reports, the bodies were discovered over the weekend amidst the shock and panic that engulfed the area.
Detectives further revealed that the bodies bore torture marks as some shockingly had their private parts missing.
One body was found on Saturday while the other was found on Sunday.
“We are wondering where are these bodies coming from..the government must now take charge of the situation and tell us how these people are being killed and dumped here,” said an area resident
Sleuths are probing the possibility of the deceased being killed at a different location before being dumped in the forest.
Lari Police commander Adamson Furaha confirmed the incident and said that investigations are ongoing in a bid to try down the killers.
