    NAIROBI, Kenya, Jun, 21 – Former Gigiri sub-county police commander Vitalis Otieno has been named the head of traffic operations in Nairobi.

    This follows the retirement of Joshua Omukata from the service after attaining the mandatory age limit.

    Otieno is a seasoned police officer and takes over at a time when there are pending changes in the top police leadership in the country.
