Gang Raids Construction Site, Steals Materials Worth Millions In Industrial Area

NAIROBI, Kenya, Sept, 26 – Police have launched a manhunt for several assailants who raided a construction site in Industrial Area stealing materials worth millions of shillings.

According to preliminary reports, the gang descended on the site with two lorries loading the stolen material onto them including, bags of cement, metal, tiles, and iron sheets.

The guards manning the site were left tied up and put in two separate rooms as the plundering took place on Sunday night.

Police were called onto the scene and freed the guards though the assailants had already left the scene. Investigation and a manhunt for the gang members is ongoing.
