NAIROBI, Kenya, Oct 14- Economist David Ndii has been appointed the chairperson President’s Council of Economic Advisors.
Ndii is among senior officials under the Office of President, appointed to high-profile offices by President William Ruto.
Dr. Kamau Thugge, who once served as a Principal Secretary at the National Treasury has been appointed Senior Advisor and Head of Fiscal Affairs and Budget Policy.
Former Turkana Governor Josphat Nanok will serve as Deputy Chief of Staff while former Cabinet Secretary Felix Koskei will now serve as Chief of Staff and Head of the Public Service.
Dr. Nancy Laibuni will be an Associate Member, of the President’s Council of Economic Advisors.
Politician Katoo Ole Metito is the State House Comptroller.
