NAIROBI, Kenya, Oct 14- Former Citizen Television anchor Hussein Mohamed has been appointed State House spokesperson.
Mohamed will take over from Kanze Dena, her former colleague at Citizen Tv.
During the campaigns, he served as President William Ruto’s head of Communications.
Longtime communication spokesperson of President Ruto, David Mugonyi has been appointed Head of the Presidential Communication Service.
Head of Public Service Joseph Kinyua announced the appointments.
