NAIROBI, Kenya, Oct, 2 – The country’s main power supplier Kenya power has cited a system disturbance as the reason behind the loss of power supply in several parts of the country.
Kenyans in parts of Nairobi, Coast, and Mt. Kenya Region have been without electricity since 11 am.
In a statement, Kenya power said that they are working tirelessly to restore power.
“We are working in collaboration with other sector players to restore the power supply, as soon as possible. An update on the restoration progress will be issued in due course,” read a statement from Kenya Power.
The power supplier has also apologized to screw f Kenyans who have been left in the dark.
Yesterday amid rains in several parts of the country, power outages were also witnessed.
