NAIROBI, Kenya, Nov 13 – A police officer was arrested on Sunday, November 13 after he allegedly shot and killed an unidentified man following an argument in Umoja area, Nairobi.
Where else the motive of the shooting is yet to be established witnesses who were interviewed by Police said that they saw two people arguing at about 3am before one of them drew his weapon and shot the other one in the head killing him on the spot.
Police who were on the scene found Jason Nyamolo, a Police Constable, with a Glock pistol loaded with 14 bullets.
Nyamolo was arrested and placed in custody pending investigations and arraignment.
The body of the deceased with a single gunshot wound on the head was moved to the city mortuary, awaiting identification and postmortem.
