NAIROBI, Kenya, Dec 15 – Police Officers from the Kasarani Police station arrested James Obwangi Nyakundi for impersonation as an OC Crime of the station.
Nyakundi has been extorting money from the Kasarani division as a police officer in charge of the crime desk at the police station.
Most of his victims are bar operators and wine and spirits shops in the region.
Kasarani Sub-County Police Commander Anthony Mbogo said they are still investigating the matter while confirming the incident.
He was arraigned at the Makadara Courts for impersonation among other related charges with police urging anybody with a complaint to make a report at the Kasarani police station.
