    President Ruto’s 50 CAS Nominees

    NAIROBI, Kenya, Mar 16 – President William Ruto unveiled the list of Chief Administrative Secretary (CAS) nominees on Thursday, March 16.

    The 50 nominees are double the 23 that were recommended by former Head of Public Service Joseph Kinyua in his letter to the Public Service Commission after court okayed the creation of the position.

    President Uhuru Kenyatta’s government had had 26 CASs.

    The nominees are now awaiting vetting and approval by Parliament.
