    NAIROBI Kenya February 15 –

    1. 14, 7.30pm:

    Thugs riding on a motorcycle shoot and injure Jane Njambi at Leeflow area, Kasarani. The victim had left her place of work in Kamkunji when she was trailed by the robbers. They tried to grab her bag, prompting the shooting. She is admitted at Coptic Hospital in a stable condition. (Kasarani police station OB53/14/02/2024)

    1. 14, 5pm:

    Unknown men abduct Mohamed Khalif and another man whose identity is yet to be established along Desai Road in Ngara Nairobi. Khalif was heading to a showroom to purchase a vehicle. The vehicle they were travelling in, Toyota Suceed registration number KDE 617G found abandoned at the scene.

    1. Feb 14, 2.15pm:

    Margaret Faith, a Liberian national, dies by suicide at her hostel, room BH 4B at the YMCA along Mamlaka Road in Nairobi. Body identified by relatives and transferred to Chiromo Funeral Home. (Kileleshwa OB41/14/02/2024)

    1. 13, 4.20pm:

    Twenty-three (23) pupils from Kanaani primary school in Athi River fall sick after eating fruits from unknown tree behind their classrooms. Victims taken to Athi River Level IV Hospital for treatment. Probe launched.

    Terror suspect Mohammed Ahmed Ali arrested at Khorahey in Wajir East Sub-County. Suspects claims he is from the Majeeten clan in Puntland.
