NAIROBI, Kenya, Nov 7- The 2020 Democratic Nominee for president Joe Biden is the 46th President of the United States, major media networks have projected and announced.
CNN and BBC officially made the announcement after he secured 20 electoral votes in the key battleground of Pennsylvania.
He now has a total of 273 electoral votes.
Biden served as vice president for 8 years during President Barrack Obama’s two terms in office.
The projections are based on unofficial results from states that have already finished their votes.
Meanwhile the Trump campaign says President Trump does not plan to concede.
