MAKUENI, Kenya, Aug 26- Two people escaped death after a plane they were traveling in crashed at an airstrip near Chyulu Hills, Makueni.
The two were traveling onboard a Cessna C337 aircraft from Orly Airstrip in Kajiado and were headed for Diani in Kwale when the incident happened.
Officials from the Kenya Civil Aviation Authority say investigations into the incident are ongoing.
The two were airlifted to Nairobi last evening.
The cause of the accident is yet to be established.
