NAIROBI, Kenya, Jan 31- Two students at Milimani Secondary near State House Nairobi were at the weekend arrested over the second fire incident there.
The fire, which took almost an hour to contain, destroyed a dormitory.
The students were captured on CCTV footage staging the arson attack, prompting police to arrest them.
Just two weeks ago, a similar incident saw 6 students get arrested.
Police are still investigating the incident that happened on Saturday night at the school.
No injury was reported, but students said they lost property and valuables.
