NAIROBI, Kenya, Mar 15 – Two suspects were yesterday arraigned at the Kibera Law Courts for swindling a foreigner of gold worth Sh123 million.
The two Nicholas Otieno Ndolo and Thomas Otieno Ngoe appeared before senior principal magistrate Charles Mwaniki.
Police applied for 14 days to hold the two as they complete investigations into the scam where the foreigner was to purchase gold weighing 3000 kilograms.
The two were however released on a cash bail of Sh500 000 and ordered to appear before the investigating officer whenever required.
